GLOSHSEP v. Server
The trial of Glosh was the first official Trial of this server where she was accused of being a simp for MR GRIZZ. After presentation of relevant evidence, self appointed judge Silver Koyuki found her guilty. The trial essentially hinged on the definition of waifu/husbando. Upon being found guilty, Glosh was heard screaming "I AM CRINGE". She later embraced Mr. Grizz as her husbando.
Historical Context[edit]
For more details see The tale of MR GRIZZ. After Pyro shared a picture of Hot Mr. Grizz (HMG) the server could soon see that Glosh was affected. She would constantly talk about how hot HMG was, much to the annoyance of the server.
The Trial[edit]
One day as members of the server where talking about anime characters they liked, Glosh rudely interrupted by saying that "Waifus are cringe". The server immediately turned on her and began accusing her of having Mr. Grizz as their husbando and thus being a simp for Mr. Grizz.
The prosecutions case was as follows:
- Glosh thinks Mr Grizz is hot
- A waifu is a character that one considers to be their lover
- A husbando is a male version of a waifu
- One who has a husbando/waifu necessarily simps for that person
- Glosh did not object within 3 seconds
- Mr Grizz is flat looking and therefore 2D
The defense argument consisted of:
- Waifus are cringe
- Mr Grizz is male and therefore not a waifu
- Glosh has never met Mr Grizz
- Just because one simps does not mean they are a husbando
- Glosh definitely does not dream about Mr Grizz
After hearing all the evidence, the server determined that Glosh did indeed love Mr Grizz and therefore he was Glosh's husbando, thus making her a simp.
Aftermath[edit]
At the conclusion of the trial Glosh was heard throughout the gallery screaming "I AM CRINGE" while the prosecution team celebrated a job well done. Minutes later Glosh then began to seemingly embrace their new lifestyle and kind of went hogwild with it. Kind of gives credence to the phrase "cringe but free".
Legacy[edit]
This trial set the stage for several other trials in the server. Some topics include, is Glosh a furry? Is Slosh a furry? Is Ricardo Milos Silver's husbando?
This trial was also depicted in a dramatization created by Silver and Slosh after days of secrecy. There was so much hype about their secretive work that Glosh almost went crazy.
