The title of Rose's best friend is hotly contested but generally it's agreed that the top two contenders are Bug and Angel.
Angel[edit]
Angel was the first person to call themselves Rose's best friend. Angel never lies and we trust him implicitly.
Bug[edit]
Bug has not explicitly stated she is Roses best friend but they have known each other "since Kindergarten" so that has to count for something.
